Prismstart Communities Limited is a company that aims to create and develop employment opportunities for Ex-Offenders, the Homeless and the Vulnerable.
Since 2015, Gez and Rosy Chetal have successfully engaged with prisons, interviewed potential candidates, and, placed numerous people leaving the prison system into employment in various locations throughout the UK.
Prismstart is now working with both the prison system, and, business and industry throughout the UK with the aim of reducing re-offending by offering former prisoners the opportunity to gain employment and make a commitment to a different life path.
Gez has over 30 years experience in the hospitality industry and is well placed, with his conections, to assist suitable applicants fill a relevant role
Gez is a qualified trainer within the industry and can provide support and training direction to assist applicant find the right job for them.
Rosy has worked in all departments within the hospitality industry. She has attended job fairs and has excellent recruitment skills gained during her time within the hotel industry.
Rosy previously worked in a school as a bi-lingual teaching assistant and has many qualities that will help her, and, her clients moving forward.
Saanchi's extensive hospitality background strengthens Prism Start's operations. Her meticulous attention to detail ensures a positive client and team member experience.
She also expertly manages administrative tasks, freeing the team to focus on core strengths. With her skills, Saanchi hopes to bridge the gap between the companies and the vulnerable.
